STV – A 49-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after his vehicle was involved in a collision in Aberdeenshire. Grampian Police are investigating the accident that occurred on the B976 South Deeside Road at Dinnet. It happened between 5:30pm and 5:55pm on Monday, west of the entrance to Deecastle Farm. The other vehicle involved failed to stop at the scene. As a result of the collision the driver of a red honda motorbike was taken to hospital. His injuries are described as not life threatening at this stage.
