Press and Journal – Inverness residents claim that Highland Council is acting illegally over a planned 64-house development in the east of the city. The Resaurie Residents Association claims the council has not enforced planning regulations after housebuilder Barratt began what the association alleges is “unlawful development” at a former dump at Resaurie. The council refutes the claims. A letter outlining the residents’ concerns has been sent to SNP MSP Fergus Ewing.
