Communities minister checks out progress of projects

Press and Journal – THE Scottish minister for housing and communities visited Elgin yesterday to look at recent projects designed to attract more visitors and local people to the town centre. MSP Alex Neil looked at a variety of street improvements that cost £600,000. The Scottish Government’s town-centre regeneration fund provided money for the projects, with match funding from Moray Council, the Moray Towns Partnership and the Elgin Fund.
