Press and Journal – A Moray couple who were driven apart by the heartbreak of losing their four-year-old son to cancer will remarry tomorrow – 21 years after their first wedding. Angela and John Bruce, of Robertson Drive, Elgin, separated in 2004, unable to come to terms with their son’s death, but have decided that “everyone deserves a second chance at happiness”. Garry Bruce was four-years-old when he died in 1999. He received chemotherapy treatment for a cancerous tumour in his chest, but it reappeared and doctors could do nothing more to save him. His parents’ ordeal drove them apart.
