Loch Ness Lodge received the coveted Gold Award from Eat Scotland, one of only 14 restaurants in the country to receive one. Head chef Ross Fraser, 30, from Inverness, has worked with some of the UK’s top chefs including Jean Christophe Novelli and Marco Pierre White.
