Press and Journal – POLICE officers in Banff and Buchan have received their latest weapon in the fight against crime. Officers took delivery of a Vauxhall Astra yesterday, from bosses of a car dealership at Boddam who donated the vehicle to the Grampian Police’s crime reduction unit. Ewan Robertson, who is co-owner at the Park Garage, said he wanted to support a good cause. “It’s really important to do whatever you can to help the police reduce crime and this is our way of doing it,” he said.
